Returns & Refunds

Dear Customers,

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned in unused condition with all original packaging. We will not accept returns or exchanges that are not accompanied by a Return Authorization number and the original FUNNICA order number. FUNNICA is not responsible for return shipping costs, nor will the original shipping costs be refunded. To receive a Return Authorization number for your item, please email us at support@funnica.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you receive a refund we will deduct a shipping cost of €6.99 for your order.

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund. If we agree to provide you with a refund we will instruct our payment provider to credit the original card used to make the transaction within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.  

Refunds to bank cards can take up to 10 working days. If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact us.
